津和野の名産で餡を生地で包んだ「源氏巻」は、お店によって生地の歯触りや餡の味付けが異なるそうです。
丁寧な説明と気持ちの良い接客をしていただきました。
I stopped by the GW of 2019, the return of Taikoyama Inari Shrine.
"Genjimaki", which is a specialty of Tsuwano and is wrapped in a bowl of rice, seems to differ in texture and flavor of the bowl depending on the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 源氏巻は、益田市内や津和野町では、有名ですが、私は、甘すぎず、柔らかい外郎(ういろう)が大好きです。
山口は何店舗も店がありますが、津和野町は、2店舗と聞いています。
ここのはオススメです。
Genji Maki is famous in Masuda City and Tsuwano Town, but I love Uiro, which is not too sweet and soft.
Yamaguchi has many stores, but I heard that Tsuwano-cho has two stores.
This is recommended.
