口コミなどを見ると高評価なので、会社の同僚と2人でランチコースを楽しみました。
A: 前菜+メイン1品+デザート、B: 前菜+メイン2品+デザートからのチョイスでしたが、2人ともBだとかなり多いですよ、、、のアドバイスもあり、AとBをミックスしてメイン1品をシェアするメイン1.5品作戦。
これが当たりました。
程よくお腹いっぱいのボリュームで大満足。
シュー生地にアレンジした前菜に続いて、火入れバッチリの魚料理、レンズ豆との相性抜群のポークロティ、そしてスペシャル肉料理の鴨、、、とハイレベルなメインが続き楽しめました。
特に鴨は適度に噛みごたえのある固さで、肉の味が凝縮したところが素晴らしかった。
15年前に松本に住んでた時にあって欲しかったお店です。

The reviews were highly evaluated, so I enjoyed the lunch course with a colleague of the company.
A: Appetizer + 1 main item + dessert, B: Appetizer + 2 main items + dessert, but there are quite a few when both are B, ... there is also advice, mix A and B Main 1.5 item strategy to share one main item.
This was hit.
I am very satisfied with the volume that is full.
After the appetizer arranged in the choux dough, I enjoyed the high-level main dish, such as the fish dish cooked with fire, the pork roti that goes great with lentils, and the special meat dish, duck.
In particular, duck had a moderately chewy firmness, and it was wonderful that the taste of the meat was condensed.
This is the shop I wanted to have when I lived in Matsumoto 15 years ago.

迷った挙句ディナーのコースを注文。悩んでいると親切にコースの説明をしてくれました。
前菜、スープ、メイン、デザートを堪能。
メインの熟成牛のステーキとラム肉のステーキは味とボリューム共に文句なしです。
Visited for dinner. Unfortunately, it was a pity that I couldn't taste the jerking at this time of summer.
I ordered a supper course after I got lost. When I was worried, he kindly explained the course.
Enjoy appetizers, soups, entrees and desserts.
The main aged beef steak and lamb steak are perfect in both taste and volume.

At lunch, I had an appetizer, two main dishes, and a dessert course. The main dish is pork and duck. From appetizers to desserts, it's very delicious and has plenty of volume. And I was shocked by the goodness of cospa! I think it's a great shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited a long to come to this restaurant but this doesn’t work at the same schedule as the building it is located. Staff was also very rude when I came in, even though I explained that the building information says the restaurant and floor work in different schedule. It was very sad because Matsumoto has not many dinner options.

Went for lunch and got the set with two main dishes. Today's choices were a fish, pork, and deer. All of them were tasty. Pork could have been cooked a touch less but was nice nonetheless.
Service was very friendly and attentive without hovering. The owner speaks some English if you're worried about that, and for the quality of food it's extremely reasonable.
Definitely recommended if you can get in (lunch is often full or very busy, so it's best to book ahead if you want to be guaranteed a spot).
