青	青木孝文 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年3月15日(火)にスーパーホテル埼玉・春日部駅前天然温泉に宿泊してChinese restaurant けいらくで夕食をとりました。アルコール消毒をしてから入店しました。お店の造りはカウンター席とテーブル席があり、2階にも席があるようです。カウンター席は一席ごとにアクリル板で仕切りがされていました。客層は老若男女幅広いです。店内ではテレビがつけられていました。カウンター席に着くと冷たい水と温かいおしぼりが出されました。お店の人のにこやかで丁寧な接客も良かったです。今月のおすすめセットメニューの四川風麻婆豆腐を食しました。ライス、大きな焼売が2つ、スープ、ザーサイ、杏仁豆腐がついて税込920円です。四川風麻婆豆腐は挽き肉の旨味とともに餡にとろみがあり辛味、痺れとともに爽やかな酸味がします。爽やかな酸味が特徴的でクセになる味わいでいつのまにかぺろりと食べてしまいました。ライスの炊き具合も良く食が進みました。焼売は餡がしっとりとして挽き肉の旨味がたっぷりです。スープはわかめとネギが入れられ、良い出汁が出ていてわかめの風味が効いています。杏仁豆腐はほどよく甘味があり清涼感がある風味が良いです。大変に美味しかったです。 On Tuesday, March 15, 2022, I stayed at Super Hotel Saitama / Kasukabe Ekimae Natural Hot Spring and had dinner at Chinese restaurant Keiraku.
