私はタバコは吸いませんが、タバコを吸う方がランチでご飯食べて食後にコーヒー飲むならちょうど良いでしょうか。
店員さんは愛想良く、ゆっくりできます。

日当たりが良すぎて夏場は暑いですが、冬場は仕事しても良し、くつろいで良し、とても気に入って利用させて頂いてます。
With a good view and good sunlight, it is a comfortable place for smokers.
It's too sunny and hot in the summer, but in the winter it's okay to work, relax and use it very much.

その時にタバコ吸ってる人がいなくて良かったです。
