★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、孫のBirthday cakeを予約して購入しました。残念な事にベースのスポンジがパサパサで、しっとり感がまるで無し。すごくガッカリしました。以前はこういう事無かったと思うけど、レベル落ちた？申し訳ないけど次回からは違うケーキ屋さんに行きます。
The other day, I booked and bought my grandson's Birthday cake. Unfortunately, the base sponge is dry and has no moist feeling. I was very disappointed. I don't think this happened before, but did you drop the level? I'm sorry but I will go to a different cake shop next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ケーキの予約をするために電話をしたところ、とても無愛想で対応も悪く、買うのをやめました。ホームページにあったロールケーキの大きさを聞くと「普通サイズです。」と言われ、意味が分かりませんでした。何センチくらいか言ってくれても良かったと思います。また、チョコのロールケーキを予約しようとしたところ、「チョコは無いです。」と言われました。無いのは仕方ありませんが、言い方がとてもイライラするし本当に買わせる気があるのか？と思いました。おすすめしません。
When I called to make a cake reservation, it was so unfriendly and unresponsive that I stopped buying it. When I asked about the size of the roll cake on the homepage, I was told that it was a normal size, and I didn't understand the meaning. I think it would have been nice to say how many centimeters. Also, when I tried to reserve a chocolate roll cake, I was told, "I don't have chocolate." It can't be helped, but the wording is very frustrating and do you really want to buy it? I thought. Not recommended.

購入時、店員さんが素手でケーキを持って
何かのトレーにのせる訳でもなく
商品を箱に詰める台？に直接ケーキを置いていました…。
そのようなことをするケーキ屋さんは初めてだったので怒りよりも、驚きました…。
不衛生なので、もう行くことはないでしょう。

生ケーキも焼き菓子も、取り立てて美味しい訳ではないので、百貨店などに行く時間がない時に、間に合わせで使わせてもらっています。
ロールケーキは値ごろ感があると思います。
店員さん、いつ行ってもどの方もなおざりな印象を受け…嫌な思いはしないですが、つい足は遠退きます。

SNSもやらずに、ここまで、ビジネスされておられるのでは。素晴らしいですねー
