★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to order something,it would always take 10-15mins because the staff always do their thing or using the smartphone.
I can understand if the cafe is busy for orders then waiting with respect.
But they are just doing “something” on the desk and could not take a look to the customer.
Even they see your plates is empty,don’t clean the table until you tell them.
The food&coffee is great,if you want the great environment to enjoy your coffee,sometime here would be noisy.
And the service is.....

This is the headquarter of Ogawa coffee company.
There are big car parking and motorcycle parking space.
Morning services are until 11 am.
About 50 seats on each floor.
Tables for four persons are main style.
You can buy wide variety of coffee seeds here.
Very clean and well educated staffs are here.
Not sure if all of them are able to communicate in English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Kyoto originated coffee shop - it's not cheap but has very yummy cakes, breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as great coffee. They specialize in coffee and you can find many of there cafes around Kyoto but this one is the main cafe.
Service here is very attentive.
If your in the area highly recommend coming for a coffee and cake.
