おむすびには、魚沼産コシヒカリはじめ、お米マイスターが選ぶ上質なお米が使われている。具材も質のいいものばかりで、どのおにぎりもとてもおいしい。手作りのスープとも相性抜群なので、一緒に飲んで欲しい。
おはぎやスイーツもおいしいが、ときどきしか作られない。出会えたらラッキーだ。
最近土曜日は「身体をととのえる日」として、玄米のおにぎりが提供されている。玄米ってこんなに美味しかったっけ？と思えるほど絶品なので、土曜訪問の際は味わって欲しい。

お米マイスターがおにぎりのための
最良の品種と精米を行い、喫茶店で
おにぎりを握って提供しています。
具材は豊富で自家製の塩味濃いめ梅干し、焼き鮭、ベーコンチーズ、焼き半生タラコ、赤紫蘇、ちりめん等々、他にも季節の具材が用意されています。
また、本日のコーヒーとして
ペルー産のスペシャルティコーヒーが、
アイスかホットかで提供していました。
今日は暑かったのでアイスをチョイス、
フルオートのエスプレッソマシーンで
その都度、ミル挽きして提供して
くれます。
コーヒー専門店ではないので、
コンビニのマシーンとほぼ同じですが、
その味は余韻も香りも良くすごく良く
美味しいコーヒーでした。
アイスにしたので薄くなるかと思ったのですが、ずーっと余韻が心地よく酸味も気にならずほうじ茶の様に香ばしく
意外な美味しさにびっくりです(笑)。
今度、利用の際はホットで飲んでみたいと思います。
車でおにぎりをほおばりながら
