P	POT Hills on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんてすてきなかんのんさま！いつもは遠くで眺めるばかりでしたが、胎内めぐりを300円でしてまいりました。中は9層になっていて、最上階は肩の部分です。途中で巻物の部分があることがわかりますね。白衣大観音の築年数は85年くらいでしょうか。改修などはしていると思いますが、いつまでもこのままの姿でここにいてほしいと思います。いやー、しかし、かっこいいですねえ。 What a wonderful Kannon-sama! ふ	ふくしまげんめい on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年の1月に烏川段丘の頼政神社を訪れた際、対岸の山並みの頂きに観音様を眺めた。時間的に余裕がなく今日に至る。寺院が鎌倉極楽寺との因縁も有るとのことで、更に興味が深まった。観音様も歴史を重ね老朽化が目立つが、近年建替えを図っているとのことだった。眺望も良好である。 When I visited Yorimasa Shrine on the Karasugawa terrace in January of this year, I saw Kannon at the top of the mountains on the opposite bank. ク	クローバー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 麓の町からも見えるくらい大きな観音様です。とても分かりやすかった。近くに行くともちろん迫力があり、観音様の胎内にも入る事ができます。内部の階段は狭く、少し急なので足元注意です。少し上ることになりますが、中からの眺めは最高。東側は高崎市街を一望でき、西側は山々を一望できます。浅間山は曇っていたせいか見えませんでしたが、荒船山は見えました。 Kannon is so big that you can see it from the town at the foot of the mountain.
