文京区の図書館は、駅から遠くない、アクセスしやすい場所にあるところが多いけど、ここは不忍通りに面しているため特に立ち寄りやすいかもしれません。文京区図書館所蔵の資料を取り寄せてもらうには便利、という感じですか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本郷にある真砂中央図書館の分館。"図書室"というだけあって、規模はとても小さく滞在型の図書館ではありません。閲覧席もほぼなし。ただし区内と近隣の区、そして都立図書館からの取り寄せができるので、駅近の貸し出し窓口として大変使いやすい面があります。また、児童サービスも月に一度のお話会など規模の割に力を入れていると思います。
昔は出張所があったためか、区民窓口が併設されていましたが、今もあるんでしょうか？
