安	安達正軌 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2007年に現在のライズアリーナ4階5階に移転したそうです。駅から近くて眺めの良い図書館。ビルの上にある図書館、あちこちにありますが眺めを楽しめないところが多く残念なのですけど、こちらはそのへん考慮された設計と感じました It seems that it moved to the current Rise Arena 4th floor and 5th floor in 2007. 新	新月みみこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時々利用する図書館です。池袋駅から徒歩8分くらい。東池袋駅からだとすぐの場所にあります。綺麗なビルの４階と５階にありますが、エレベーターが２機しかなくいつもエレベーター待ちの人がたくさんいます。閉館間際は階段を使う人が多いほどです。館内は広く吹き抜けがあり居心地が良い空間です。椅子もたくさんありますが大抵埋まっています。４階のパソコン席は予約制です。LANケーブル持参すると自分のパソコンも持ち込むことができます。児童席も広く、椅子やテーブルもこどもに合わせた小さなものが用意されています。児童書も多く、読みたい本がないとリクエストに対応してくれます。読み聞かせのイベントや、夏休みなどは子供向けのイベントもあったりして楽しいです。先日はクイズに参加して、全問正解して表彰状とプレゼントをいただきました。お手洗いは４階のエレベーター脇にありますが、ちょっと暗くて怖いのでもう少し明るくしてほしいです。 It is a library that is sometimes used. 垂	垂涎寺清人 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 30年程前、大塚駅(ここも随分変わったなぁ…)から都電に沿ってまっすぐ上がって行った旧中央図書館時代が懐かしい… 今と比べてお世辞にも綺麗とは言えなかったが昭和の人間としては洗練された今のスタイルより昔のスタイルの方が馴染みやすいと思う。学生時代、下の階で本を何冊か選んで選んで上の階の広い閲覧室(自習室)に持ち込んで勉強しながら合間に本を読み漁ってたっけ。大概、本の方に没頭して勉強そっちのけになっちゃうんだけどね;^_^) 学校が池袋だったので時々同級生も連れて利用させて頂いてたなぁ。 About 30 years ago, I miss the old Central Library era when I went straight up along the Toden from Otsuka Station (which has changed a lot ...).
