y	yu-ri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 千代田区図書館自体はとてもよかったです！！！ただ、隣に座った20代くらい？の女性の電卓の音がとてつもなくうるさかったです。しかも、指パッチンするわ、頭かきむしるわ、ペン回しするわで行動全てが大きいというか、うるさいというか。。。図書館の注意書きにも電卓や、パソコンのタッチ音には注意してくださいと記載があるにもかかわらず、うるさかったです。図書館はそもそも静かにするものなので、そんなに音がなるならファミレスに行ってください。本当に迷惑な人でした。 The Chiyoda Public Library itself was very good! !! !! 散	散歩大荒神 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東京都で公表されているデータによりますと、23区内の公立図書館は279館あるとのことですから、都内は図書館に恵まれた環境と言えますね。その中で、利用に便利で居心地の良い図書館ランキングTOP5は、1位が港区南麻布の都立中央図書館、2位が千代田区永田町の国立国会図書館、3位が千代田区日比谷公園の日比谷図書文化館、4位が千代田区九段下の千代田図書館、5位が北区十条台の北区中央図書館とのことでした。千代田区は3館も占めています。北区中央図書館には行ったことがありませんけどベスト4までは体験した実感として当たっていると思います。それはともかく、ここの千代田図書館は、近代的な建物の区役所本庁舎9階にあり、設備の面でも自習型に向いたデスクが多くあります。静かさは当たり前ですが、隣席との離隔度や机の広さ、Wi-Fi接続や電源コンセントの利用可能、ペットボトルの持ち込み可能（食べ物は駄目です）、平日は午前10時から夜10時まで開館しています。10階の食堂では500円で定食3種類がありますし、ラーメンが370円の安価です。皇居北の丸公園を眼下にして眺望の良さで疲れた頭の気分転換もできます。現在はまだコロナ感染防止策として、受付で手の消毒と検温測定が義務化されています。勿論マスク着用もです。あとsocial distance として席も間引きしています。地下鉄の九段下駅から徒歩5分の立地にありますから、交通アクセスの面でも便利です。特に、平日の夜10時まで自習に集中したい方にはお勧めです。 According to the data published in Tokyo, there are 279 public libraries in the 23 wards, so it can be said that Tokyo is a blessed environment. Perfect for individual study, but if you want to work with a partner (for example tutoring or language learning where you need to listen to recorded material or practice speaking) then the main area would not be suitable. If you need a space more suitable for talking, there are two private study rooms and a "read aloud" room which can be booked via the front counter, otherwise try the cafeteria on L10.

I took dinner here after reading books, it’s low price ¥560 for Teishoku but very well-balanced. Staffs are all friendly and polite. Chiyoda library is on the 9th floor inside Chiyoda district office. There are many desks and chairs for reading, studying and doing something with PC. Of course wifi and power supply are available. I’m not a Chiyoda resident but could use these facilities except for a part. Nice place to read books quietly.
