★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ前は通う状態でした。コロナ禍になってから席が少なく、通いにくいです。しかし、勉強する人がいるからコンセント?があるっていうことがありがたいです。
 Before Corona, I was in a state of going. It's hard to go because there aren't many seats since I became a corona. However, I am grateful that there is an outlet ? because there are people who study.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ３フロアあり図書は良く揃っている(閉架もあり)。特定の本を求めてもないことも多いだろうが、この分野のことで調べたいというときは役に立つのではないかな。文庫本に痛みが激しいのが多いのはどの区でも同じで残念なこと（借りる人のマナーだよね）
There are 3 floors and the books are well prepared (there is also a closed stack). Often you don't ask for a specific book, but it might be useful if you want to find out about this area. It's a pity that paperback books are often painful in every ward (it's the manners of the borrower)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 広々として、きれいだし、本が探しやすかった。初めて来たのですが、係の人の説明も、分かりやすく、本を借りる事が出来ました。
It was spacious, clean and easy to find books. I came here for the first time, but the explanation of the person in charge was easy to understand, and I was able to borrow a book.

貸し出しのパソコンが制限されすぎていて不便すぎ。
図書館としての能力は良い。
wifi does not connect. Please repair it as soon as possible.
The rental PCs are too restricted and inconvenient.
The ability as a library is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足立区生涯学習総合施設（愛称：学びピア21）の１～３階に在る施設。
自由に閲覧できる書籍と共に閉架書庫も区内で一番充実していると思うので近所の人は便利かもしれません。
A facility located on the 1st to 3rd floors of the Adachi Ward Lifelong Learning Comprehensive Facility (nickname: Learning Pier 21).
Neighbors may find it convenient because I think that the closed stack library is the most complete in the ward as well as the books that can be freely browsed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This library is quite large over several floors. But, sadly, their music collection is not great. And it seems all the CDs are at this location, and not at any of the other Adachi libraries. My standard for comparison is the Bunkyo-ku libraries, which have an awesome collection of music (CD and sheet) throughout the various branches. This one just doesn't quite cut the tomatoes.
