★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都電の車両が置かれている「神明都電車庫跡公園」に隣接。地図上では不忍通り沿いですが、図書館入口は裏側(公園側)になります。階段ありなのでバリアフリーではないようです。位置的に文京区・北区・豊島区・荒川区の境界に近いため、ここを中心とした半径2km(自転車で5～10分)程度の範囲に公立図書館・図書室が9箇所もあります。これはうらやましい。
 Adjacent to "Shinmeito Train Depot Park" where Toden's vehicles are located. On the map, it is along Shinobazu Street, but the library entrance is on the back side (the park side). It seems that it is not barrier-free because there are stairs. Nine public libraries and libraries are located within a radius of about 2 km (5 to 10 minutes by bicycle) around this location because it is close to the boundaries of Bunkyo, Kita, Toshima and Arakawa wards. This is enviable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古い図書館ですがいつも清潔に保たれており、スタッフも静かに淡々と業務を遂行している昔ながらの落ち着いた雰囲気の図書館。
公園が隣接しているので途中で息抜きもできます。コロナ中は閲覧席は距離を置いての使用で、使う前に受付が必要です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駒込駅からは徒歩20分ほど。不忍通りとは反対方向に入り口があります。
蔵書は結構日焼けしてるものが多いように思いましたが、そんなに古くないものもあったりして楽しく利用できそうです。
読書コーナーや雑誌コーナーは自粛のためか、今は利用できないようになっています。
About 20 minutes walk from Komagome station. There is an entrance in the opposite direction to Shinobazu-dori.
I thought that many of the books in the collection were tanned, but some of them are not so old, so it seems to be fun to use.
The reading corner and magazine corner are no longer available, probably because of self-restraint.

蔵書は並み。子供向けのスペースが広いため、小さな子も安心して連れていける。

その他の職員さんの応対は心地よいです。
閲覧席がキャスター付きのため、文字を書くだけで机が相当ぐらつきます。何故このような机を買ったのか訳わからん。よって、最低評価の★一つ。
There are staff members who are in a quarrel, so be careful.
The reception of other staff is comfortable.
Since the reading seat is equipped with casters, the desk will wobble considerably just by writing letters. I don't understand why I bought such a desk. Therefore, one of the lowest ratings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 文京区立の図書館です。コロナで大変な時に開いている貴重な存在です。写真は敷地隣にある区立公園が更新の工事です。前身が都電の基地だったので都電車両が展示されています。
