平日のランチタイムに伺いました。 念のため予約を入れておいたのですが、他のお客さんも無く、貸切状態でした。お陰さまで丁寧に応対もしてもらえたし、ゆっくり静かに過ごすことができて満足です。 お肉はとにかく柔らかくて最高でしたO(≧∇≦)O

こじんまりしたレストランで席数は少なめです。値段はそれなりにいいですが、味は最高で大満足。冷製桃のポタージュは絶品。素晴らしいの一言。デザートのアイスクリームも美味しかったです。

前後四年光臨了兩次,一個充滿尊嚴的老師傅,看得出他對食物的執著,今天與四年前的手藝也是一樣,是我人生中食過最美味的牛扒,看到牛扒感覺像鑽石般美麗,希望能再次嘗到這師傅的手藝。

牛扒製作的非常漂亮,真的外脆裡嫩,肉香四溢。更喜歡脂肪少一點的牛柳Tenderloin,所以後來搶了一半過來吃。餐湯、沙律和麵包也是用心準備了的。整間餐廳似乎只有廚師一人和我們一桌客人,鮮花環繞,佈置的很雅緻。可惜我們不通日語,無法和廚師聊兩句,唯有神交。在來之前我們請了旅館幫忙預約,一開始旅館說餐廳的電話一直無人接聽,後來晚一點再打才預約上,我心裡原本有點奇怪。來了才發覺,原來廚師在烹飪時是非常專心,堅決不接電話的,而且从頭到尾一人包辦擔當,不由得好生佩服。所以想來的客人要給點耐心,堅持撥打,你不會失望的?

何年か前、バスツアーで行った際には、ホテルでの飛騨牛のしゃぶしゃぶ?に裏切られたので、今回は是非美味しい飛騨牛を食べたいと、事前に皆さんの口コミを細かくチェックさせて貰い、このお店なら問題ないと思い、選択させていただきました。 皆さんの口コミに裏切られる事なく、とても美味しい飛騨牛のステーキでした。 近所に有れば、何度でもリピートするお店だと思います。 コロナ対策も充分にされていて、凄く良い時間を過ごせました。 一点、私が困ったところは、支払いにカードが使えず、現金払いだったところです。 最近、多額の現金を持ち歩く習慣が無いので、旅行の後半は手元不如意で、帰宅するまで不安でした。
