若い店員約１名接遇最悪。一言で言えば「コミュニケーション不足」無愛想、注文時の説明不足。隣の席で別店員が丁寧に説明。更に注文しない商品来て違うと言ってもすみません一つなし。東北からわざわざ大阪に家族旅行できたのに台無し。（泣）抗議します。 焼きそばとお好み焼き頼んだのに焼きそばは最後にと言ったのに最初にきました。謝りなし。スタッフの再教育が必要。食べれないからお持ち帰りに別スタッフにたのみました。本当なら、星一つ。でも別スタッフが最後笑顔してくれたらから星２つ。 二度といきません。 口コミ評価一部低いのがわかりました。 別に沢山お店あるので！両親に不愉快な思いさせ、とても残念なお店でした。

焼きそばもんじゃがとても美味しかったです。 よくよく見ると細切れのコンニャクなど色々と入っていて盛り沢山ですし、味もしっかりしています。 もんじゃは自分たちで焼くかある程度中で焼いていただくか選べました。 トマトのお好み焼きも頼みましたが、ソースや中に入っているチーズとの相性も良く、味としては大満足です。 ワンドリンクオーダー制が店外にわかりやすく書かれていないのは惜しいですが、良いものを食べさせていただきました。

カウンター席とテーブル席が有ります。 もちチーズお好み焼きを注文したのですが、来るまで15〜20分以上待ちました。 注文の際にマヨネーズは からし入りorからし無しか聞かれます。 迷わず、からし無しを注文！ メニューによっては、品物が来るまでが長いです。 20分ほど待ってようやく来ました。 チーズ系のものを選んだのですが、チーズ感は薄めかな？ ソースやマヨネーズが効いていて もちもちしていて美味でした。

還不錯吃，醬料不會過鹹，又有漂亮的美乃滋，點了摩登燒（豬肉.花枝.蝦），不過好像沒吃到豬肉，有一個灰色蒟蒻的東西，不曉得是不是假裝是肉，哈！整體評分不該是2.8分啊！摸著良心說！！而且吃大阪燒現做本來就要等至少15分鐘是必須的喔！看到一些評價說等太久，是多久？我沒有等很久就是了。 餐廳環境比較差，看起來營業時間有一陣子了，用來保溫的鐵板不算乾淨，整體餐廳周圍就舊舊的囉！ 點餐部分，外頭有放置中文菜單，入內時是提供平板以供點選，很方便

very expensive and i don't think that it's worth it for your money to eat here. the food is nice, but i got.the feeling that other cheaper place can give similar taste. they obliged each of us to buy one drink that we didn't actually want and in addition of that during the new year they also charged additional 10% surcharge. tl;dr better search other place

Food served late and put a lot of wasabi which makes food too spicy to eat. I couldn't have a single bite. It tastes too bad. Who would put wasabi in okonomiyaki? I couldn't help but to see it is on purpose. Even though it is not on, late and awful taste anyway. It takes almost 30mins to get what I ordered. There was no apologize about time and taste. I couldn't recomend to go this place. Plz don't ruin your trip by bad meal. 역이가 지 ㅁ아 세요. 와삽이 텔어함.e

Worst service ever in Japan by the lady with the tattoo on the left wrist. I am half Japanese and fluent yet she pretended not to understand me and made me look like I was stupid. Also- you can make your own Monja but not Okonomiyaki, which is a shame. The Monja was ok but the Okonomiyaki was dry. Too bad that Osaka has become a tourist trap.

The customer service is terrible. It seems like there was hostility towards foreigners as the owner had an unwelcoming face when we were served to our table. They chucked an iPad at us with the menu to order without saying anything even though the table next to us with Japanese customers were ordering from the physical menu to the waiter. After choosing what we wanted from the iPad, the waiter had to come and copy our order onto the paper. The waiter didnt say anything to us at all thinking that we couldnt speak Japanese and didnt even confirm our order with us before walking off. Each person was required to order 1 drink and that took awhile to come out too. Our order took at least 15 to 20 mins to come out and it looked very different from the pictures outside, lacking in lots of ingrediants as depicted from the food model outside. Also, they forgot about our other order. When asked in Japanese if our other order was coming after waiting for about 20 mins from the time the first dish came, the waiter didnt even respond and pretended he didnt even understand what we were saying. He said we only ordered one so we decided to pay for the one we had and told him it was fine that the other dish wasn't ordered as we thought it was a mere misunderstanding when ordering. When we went to pay at the cashier, they charged us for the order that we did not receive and when we realised and went to clarify the situation, they were very rude about it and constantly contradicted themselves. It is a horrible restaurant with bad customer service, bad food and an overall bad experience. Furthermore, it did not feel as though it was purely a bad day for them, it felt done on purpose because they assumed we couldn't speak Japanese from the get-go and the local table next to us received everything quick and with friendly conversation.
