p	przc _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 京都の創業70年？老舗洋食店こちらも前を通るたび気にはなっていましたが少し敷居が高そうなのと提供まで時間がかかりそうな事それとちょっとお値段がサラリーマンランチからするとお高めな事で見送っていましたが、この日行ってみることに。土曜日でしたがお昼はホリデーランチの設定になっていました。どのみちライスをカレーに変更しようと思っていましたので問題はありません。入店するとオープン直後という事もあってかカウンターは先客1名テーブルは埋まっておりました。すぐに注文かけましたが、一巡目の料理の仕上がりに入れてくれたようで私より先の入店の方がと同じタイミングで提供されました。私の後の方は私が出る時にもまだ提供されていませんでしたシェフが一人で色々やっているのでその辺りは仕方がないでしょうね。壁には創業当時の白黒の写真やシェフが他のお客さんにカレーは母親が水を使わず果物の水分を使って作っている当時からの味という説明など色々話しているのを聴きながらいただきました。老舗だけあってどれも美味しいです。ハンバーグは肉もそうですがソースが美味しいですね。個人的にはカレーがとても不思議な味で確かに果物ベースの甘めの風味はあるもののしっかり香辛料の味と香りがして過去食べたことの無い独特な味わいでもう一度このカレー食べてみたいなと思いました。 Founding 70 years of Kyoto?
