高	高本大成 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 《食べたもの》 ■倭麺(醤) 900円 ※(塩)あり。チャーシュー大盛300円『東洞院SOU』さんの隣にランチでラーメンを提供している『食童箸ずめ』さんにお邪魔しました(^^)/ ラーメンの提供は毎日ではなくて月、水、金だけみたいやね～。店先の立て看板を見ると『いくら丼』やランチとしてはちょっと値が張る『重箱』系がありますね。ラーメンは〝醤〟〝塩〟の2種類あって値段が300円も違うやん? 値段も安いし、そもそも醤油の方が好きやから迷うことなく〝醤〟をお願いするよね～? でも300円も高い〝塩〟もやっぱりちょっと気にはなるよな? 少し透き通った醤油スープで、豚バラチャーシューの上に乗ってるのは柚子胡椒かと思ったら違ってましたわ。でも柑橘系の味がしっかりしてて柚子胡椒やったら入れすぎると塩気が強くなるけど、これやったらその心配がなくてえーわ? エッジの効いた中太麺は程よい固さでしたね。細かく刻まれた香味野菜は、ちょいクセのある感じではあったけど個性的で悪くなかったな。トロトロチャーシューは箸で持つと崩れるくらいで、味付けもいい塩梅。味玉は味付けはほとんどされておらず濃厚な黄身の味を堪能できましたよ? ラーメン屋さんのラーメンとは一線を画してて、和食屋さんが提供する中華そばって感じで個性的やったわ。 << What I ate >> ■ Tianmian sauce 900 yen * There is (salt).
