The beef was great but they didn't tell us clearly that it was not included in the buffet, buffet only cover sausage, vegetable, and chicken, which is the worst chicken I've ever had, inedible!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Asked if there was food which they said yes. Paid 2000 yen as a service charge, to then be told that they had actually stopped serving food. Asked for money back as explained we had come to eat and we hadn't sat down yet but they said no.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely outrageous behaviour. We arrived before the time for last orders only to be told food was finished and therefore we could not have a drink. While my partner went to the bathroom the bar staff waved two young Japanese guys through. You make up your mind why this happened but it does not reflect the great welcome we have had from the rest of Japan. Avoid this place.

Drinks are very reasonably priced at 500 yen for anything! The view is stunning and the service was great! Sure there is a 1000 yen entry fee but that includes a drink. I will recommend this to any of my friends who visit Osaka in the season that this rooftop is open. It is open March-End of Oct.
*Pro tip: Go AFTER you visit the Osaka Castle and show your ticket stubs to avoid the 1000 yen entry fee!!
Loss of 1 star because they did not mention this to us and we paid 1000 yen entry fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆☆☆☆☆ best in class VVIP experience in Osaka, you can enjoy foot icing with ice bucket for free on the afternoon. If you have osaka castle ticket, the entrance fee is free. You can just pay 500 yen for a beer and enjoy a great view with ice bucket in the middle of the day!

The BBQ menu has very limited choice of food—few slices of better quality beef plus all you can eat vegetables, sausages, sliced beef, intestines, and fruits(pineapple & lychee). However the bar has plenty options of drinks, include sake & Choya umeshu. The wines are to be avoided though.
