★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went at 2pm and was told to wait for 30 minutes. Put into the other wing of the restaurant with everyone behind us as a big group. I am not sure why we couldn't be seated there from the start.... Food disappeared quickly from the buffet and never came back! Everyone sat around hungry and wondering when the food would come back! The smart people went to the other wing to get food from their buffet. I went that way and asked the kitchen staff for more bread which had run out on both sides and he gave me attitude about preparing it. I noticed it was just sitting in a hot box and mentioned it doesnt take 20minutes to heat up premade bread. He gave it to me right away...
Main dish was nice though.

Pasta is only available every hour and when you get lucky to get one it is so cold it looks like an ice cream
2800 yen’s for 50 grams of fish
Buffet is OK but has only a small amount of food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a beautiful restaurant with a stunning view of Osaka Castle. We went there for an early dinner and ordered pasta and some red wine. The both was delicious and the ambience was perfect. I just wish their menu was a little more diverse.
PS: They offered some fried maple leafs as subtle dessert, which was pretty cute.
