前菜、スープ、3種から選べるメイン、デザート（+380円）のランチコースのお味はバランスも良くリピあり二重丸です。
特にメインの鹿肉は、手間をかけた下処理で臭みが一切なく、火の通り具合も絶妙で、濃厚なのに後味さっぱりな旨さをもつマデラソースに絡めて食べれば、シェフの極みをひしひしと感じるオススメの一品です。
