立地も雰囲気もとても良いのですが…最大の問題がオーナーの男性の方です。
オーナーの男性はソムリエとしては経歴があり素晴らしいのかもしれませんが、ここにはきちんとした接客の出来る感じの良いホールのスタッフが必要と感じました。
無理にひとりで全てをこなそうとするから、感じ良く接客が出来ないのではないでしょうか？
そのときはシェアが山梨県で禁止されているのでオーナーに取り分けていただきましたが、盛り付けがひどく全く美味しそうに見えませんでした。
せっかくシェフが綺麗に盛り付けしたお料理が台無しでした。
もしオーナーにそれが出来ないのであれば、他のスタッフがやるか、厨房でシェフが人数分にお皿に盛り付けするなどの工夫は出来るはずです。
全体的にソムリエ以外のお仕事を少しはお勉強されてはいかがでしょう？

接客について感じるのは毎度のことなのですが、今回はどうしてもお伝えしたいと思い、口コミに書かせていただく事にしました。
ちなみに今回はランチではなくディナーの時間帯でした。

I'm trying to do everything by myself, so I think I can't serve customers comfortably.
At that time, sharing was prohibited in Yamanashi prefecture, so I asked the owner to set it aside, but the presentation was terrible and didn't look delicious at all.
The dishes that the chef served beautifully were ruined.
If the owner can't do that, other staff should be able to do it, or the chef should be able to serve the dishes for each person in the kitchen.
Why don't you study a little work other than sommelier as a whole?

I always feel about customer service, but this time I wanted to tell you about it, so I decided to write it in the word of mouth.
By the way, this time it was dinner time, not lunch.

山梨のぶどう農園に行く際にランチで立ち寄りましたがとても良かったです。
予約しないで開店と同時に行きましたが、予約のお客さんが当日の13:30から出ないと入れないとのことでした。指定された時間にその場で予約して何とか入れました。
ですので、訪れるなら必ず予約することをオススメします！
ランチは11:30〜14:30ですが、遅い時間に行くと入れないみたいです。
気になる料理ですが、お肉も柔らかく美味しかったですよ！
サラダもとても新鮮な野菜な感じがしました。
駐車スペースもあるので車でも行けますが、歩道に乗り上げて停めるタイプなので、大きすぎる車だと停めるのが難しいかもしれません。
ランチョンマットは周辺の地図になっておりこちらも楽しめました。

There is a parking space so you can go by car, but it may be difficult to park if the car is too big because it is a type that you can park on the sidewalk.
