さ	さとうあきら on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 長野県上田市の別所温泉にあるお蕎麦屋さん。麺の形は平打ち。細めの面ではあるけれど、意外や歯応えあり硬めに仕上がっている。そばの香りはそれほど強く無いが、ツルツルっと楽しむことができる。大盛りを頼んだからか？、水切がちょっと甘く水っぽかったのが残念。お蕎麦を頼むとお通しとして、自家製のお漬物がついてくる。素朴でとても美味しいお漬物です。こちらのお店で是非とも注文していただきたいのが、そばだんご。そばがきをカリッカリッに揚げたものです。ピリッと辛いわさび醤油、甘辛い砂糖醤油、甘さいっぱいの餡子が薬味として付いてきます。どれもそれぞれ美味しいですが、自分はわさび醤油が気に入りました。落ち着く店内でお見せの方も愛想良く居心地の良い店です。駐車場も店の正面にあります。 A soba restaurant located in Bessho Onsen, Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture. It comes with a spicy spicy wasabi soy sauce, sweet sugary soy sauce, and sweet bean paste. Each one is delicious, but I liked wasabi soy sauce. It is a welcoming shop where people who are showing it in a calm atmosphere are also amiable. There is also a parking lot in front of the store.

O	Ono Nobuyoshi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別所温泉の寺社巡りを、電車（別所線）で訪れ、ちょうど昼時+信州なので蕎麦と思い伺いました。休日昼時で、外の待合スペースで少し待ちましたが、お蕎麦はすぐ出てきました。いただいたのは「天もりそば」です。蕎麦の香りも良く、のど越しも良し。天ぷらも季節ものをカラッと揚げられています。蕎麦つゆと天つゆが別々もいいですね。コロナ感染対策もしっかりされて安心です。暫くの間は土・日・月曜日のみの営業らしいです。 I visited the temples and shrines of Bessho Onsen by train (Bessho Line), and thought that it was soba because it was just noon + Shinshu. 小	小諸坂の街 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ひっそりと佇む静かなお店、月曜日利用のせいか他のお客様もおらず落ち着いて戴きました。もり蕎麦と焼き味噌を注文、その間野沢菜のたまり漬けと大根の漬物、そば茶と共に…美味しい！蕎麦は適度なコシと香りが何もつけずに一本・二本と良い感じ、そしてつけ汁で食しました。焼き味噌は葱が交ざりご飯が欲しい位に美味しかった。給仕の方も、ほんわか優しい対応をして下さり、また伺いたいと思います。追伸そば団子、此もまた外側カリカリ、内側ほくほくの美味しい団子でしたよ?
