★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去した後、何の連絡もなく、いきなり保証会社から違約金の請求が来た、保証会社に問い合わせしたところ、エイブルからお客様の支払いがないため、請求してくださいと言われた。何の連絡も来ないから、知る訳もないし、払えるが訳ないでしょう。
前に住んでいた所のエイブルもいろいろ可笑しいなことがありました。
今後、エイブルにお願いすることはもう2度とないと思います。

Able where I lived before was also funny.
I don't think I will ever ask Able again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初から最後まで不信感しかない。予定を自分たちの都合で変更するにも関わらず謝罪の言葉ひとついえない人達ばかり。一人ならまだしも、三人ほど同じような人がいた。
社会人として疑問に感じるような対応ばかり。管理物件に住んでいたが、とにかく民度の低い人達が多く、夜中に騒ぐ、ゴミ置き場は散乱しているようなありさま。
二度とエイブルでは借りないと心に決めました。

こちらから問い合わせを行っても一向に返答が返ってこないことが多々あり、
エイブル本部に問い合わせを行ったことも、何度もありました。
恐らく、お金にならない仕事はするつもりがないのでしょう。
また、店長も怠慢なのか能力が無いのかで、部下の管理が出来ていないのだと思います。
やむを得ない時以外、必要以上に関わらないことをお奨めします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仲介手数料が安いのは良いが、鍵交換について、自分で交換すると言ったら交換は借り主は出来ないと言われたのでエイブルに鍵交換費を払ったら2つある鍵のうち1つしか交換してくれ無かった。
片方の鍵は鍵穴にすら刺さらない状態。
エイブルで契約するのは良いけどクリーニングや鍵交換費などオプションは全て外すことをオススメします。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大きい会社なので、例えば水漏れ等のトラブルは24時間、電話やメールで伝えられます。(対応は翌日からですが)
また、騒音問題等の住人同士のトラブルも貼り紙や手紙、電話等で即刻注意してもらえます。管理会社から注意されれば大抵は改善されます。
エイブルが間に入るので大家とやり取りすることは少ないです。
とにかく連絡すれば対応してもらえるので助かります。
