n	non shi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 契約前からの対応がひどい電話で契約時に必要な金額の伝え漏れが多い正確な金額ではなく、大体これぐらいの現金を持ってきてくださいなど、最初から対応が雑な部分がありました。契約をしに行っても、金額の伝え漏れや手続きの際の不備に対して、きちんと謝罪ではなく軽くすいませ〜んのような謝罪のみで、とても残念です。挙句の果てに、そちらの手続きのミスで今月の支払いができなかったから来月に2ヶ月分まとめて引き落としします。という文書が急に届きました。電話で1度謝罪をすることや、相談もなしで勝手に決められたことに苛立ちを覚えます。今月分は直接そちらにお支払いしに行きますと言って、伺ったのにも関わらず、請求金額を間違えるなど、最後の最後まで仕事が雑です。お金を数えるときですら、謝罪の気持ちすらなく、支払いに来てもらって当たり前のような態度に感じます。細かいかもしれませんが、一連の対応はいかがなものかと思います。 Correspondence from before the contract is terrible There are many omissions in the amount of money required at the time of contract over the phone From the beginning, there was a rough part, such as bringing about this amount of cash instead of the exact amount.
