管理もなっていないし、対応もなっていない。
しっかり週に二回お休みなので、話したい時に話せない事が多い。
たまたま知り合いもこちらの不動産屋管理に入っていますが、同じ事を言っていました。
地元の不動産屋だから一生懸命頑張っているかと思いきや、がっかりです。
できればここの対応物件は避けたいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 浦和区の地主とのコネクションを持つ不動産屋なので管理能力は別として、物件には浦和区でも標高が高く全室南向きで夏場は北と南側の部屋の窓が開けられ風通しが良く、冬場は陽射しで暖かいマンション等の奇跡の物件があるので、口コミだけの判断で物件を見ないのは勿体無い。しかもこの物件は子育てするには恵まれた環境で、この学区に子供を通わせるのは普通難しい（戸建で購入するには土地の値段が高すぎる）。武蔵浦和駅にあるこの不動産屋の能力と、浦和区の物件の良さにはギャップがあるので何を最優先にするかは人それぞれ（徒歩武蔵浦和駅圏内と浦和駅圏内では子育てする上で環境が違いすぎるので新規で越してくる人は注意が必要）。この不動産屋の評価は☆１つだが、物件だけで言えば☆５つ。間を取って☆３つ。
