★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 退去の際に多額に請求されたため不審に思い、明細を見せてくれと言ったところ、ハウスクリーニング代にプラスしてクロス張替え代も請求されていました。
クロス張替え代は借り主に落度(タバコのヤニ・ペットによる傷・落書き等)がない限り、貸し主負担のはずです。その旨を伝えたところ、後日再度連絡するとのこと。結局支払うのはハウスクリーニング代だけになり、敷金の払い戻しもありましたが、過剰請求に気付かなければ払っていたかもしれません。大手の不動産屋で未だにこのようなことが行われているのかと驚きました。
皆様もお気をつけください。

The cross replacement fee should be borne by the lender as long as the borrower does not have a default (scratches on cigarettes, scratches by pets, graffiti, etc.). After telling that, I will contact them again later. After all, I paid only the house cleaning fee and refunded the security deposit, but I might have paid it if I did not notice the overcharge. I was surprised that this is still happening at a major real estate agent.
