★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is 3 mins walk away from Echigo-Yuzawa station. They offer set lunches at 900 yen but limited to 30 sets each day. I opted for the 1300 yen (before tax) nigiri sushi with soba and it was delicious, especially for a cold rainy day. The fish was fresh but the vinegared rice broke off for some pieces. Soba was excellent.
