★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food itself was alright. However, they tried to rip us off. We two ordered the normal buffet (1700 yen) and two draft beer (around 350 yen) but they charged us over 6000 yen!! It turned out they checked we ordered MEGA buffet which is around 2600 yen. I first thought it was by mistake, but when we asked them to get a receipt, they were being busy and discussing something in Japanese. For any reason, it suspiciously took a while and then showed us overcharged receipt. We explained we didn't order mega buffet, but a normal one. Then the staff calculated the balance and refunded it. During this, no one apologized. This all made us think they did overcharge us with intention. If my friend plans to go there, I'd recommend "check your receipt thoroughly".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uhm.. actually it is a fine restaurant you can enjoy Yakiniku, but there is a lot of another good Yakiniku restaurants in Osaka. So I can't mention it is the best or better restaurant than the others. The merit of this restaurant is you can eat the Yakiniku as much as you want and the prices are not expensive.

It's not convenient for foreign tourists because they will make a phone call before the time you reserved. However, we leave Taiwan's phone number because we didn't have had Japan's phone number so that our phone cannot use in Japan then result our reservation has been canceled. We knew this case when we arrived at restaurant, so sad...
Fortunately, their clerk was so kind that they arranged seats to us.
I'll recommend my friends who wants to go to Osaka to this restaurant^_^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the second time I've visited. The thing that stands out here like a sore eye are the two femme fatale. The two female servers are stone cold couldn't careless about anything. The male servers are friendly, chatty and professional.
The food are alright although they do have vast choices of items. One female server was taking my wife's order and she just left like, ' meh ' whatever. Yes, my wife is a Japanese! So if they treat one of their own like trash imagine how they will treat foreigners here.
I come here to be entertained by their arrogance and not for the food. The fire is too big, the charcoal is brim full to the top, the place are awfully ventilated.
This reminds me of few places, in UK, US and ASEAN countries where customers are treated badly but people kept coming because they like the rude treatment. We find it funny and enjoyable, borderline feeling sorry for the owner.
If you come here for the food then you are in the wrong place. If you come here to see rude girls then this is the perfect place.
You've been warned! One star for food and atmosphere, but 5 star for rudeness.
Yes, I always reserve before coming here and I highly recommended.
Pro tip: Everyone must order the same buffet. If one person order mega buffet with alchool and five people don't, then you will be charge the mega buffet alchool. This is normal!
