てっちゃんだけがあるかないかは、前日の夜の売れ行きによるらしい。
ホルモン焼き定食？もあるが、うどんが入っている方が断然お得感がある。

メニュー豊富、平打ちの腰のあるうどん、特性タレ二種類。味変が楽しめます。
ソースばかりで食べてましたが、非常に美味しいです。新メニューでかすの焼きうどんも加えてほしいです。。
