パン食べ放題という事で入り、随時パンを持ってくる。クロワッサンが好きでクロワッサンを複数頼むと女性店員は変な笑いをしてくる。それも毎回！！
『パン食べ放題』なんだよね？？個数制限って書いてませんよね？？
何でいちいち笑うわけ！？何がおかしいの？
あまりの態度に腹が立ち責任者と共に言わせて頂きました。
もう、この店には入りたくない。
しかも不衛生です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15分程待っても注文を聞きにこないため、こちらから聞きにいくと「ホールの人手が不足していて…」と露骨に嘘とわかる返答。自分含めて客は3〜4人しかいなかったのに、それで手が回らない状況になるんだとしたらだいぶ問題がある。店員は接客そっちのけでひたすらパンを焼くことだけに夢中になっていたので、単純に忘れていただけだと思います。
ドリンクバーのコップにも飲み口に茶色い汚れがついていたり、テーブルにもシミ汚れが。一応客が席を立った後は除菌スプレーをかけているようですが、他のレビューでも言われているようにきちんとした清掃はしないようです。

There are only 3 or 4 customers including myself, but if that makes it difficult to handle, there is a big problem. The cup in the drink bar also has brown stains on the mouth, and the table also has stains. It seems that the customer is spraying disinfectant after leaving his seat, but as other reviews say, he does not clean it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼き立てパンを座席に持って来て頂けるので楽ですが、忙しくなるとなかなか来ないし、限られた種類しか持って来てくれないので自分のペースで食べる事が出来ません。また早い時間は種類少ないです。京都五条店みたいにパン屋さんみたいに全種類を並べ自由に取りに行ける方が良いです。
またドリンクバーは種類少ない割に300円以上と他チェーンより割高です。

Also, there are few types of early hours. It is better to arrange all kinds like a bakery like Kyoto Gojo store and go to pick them up freely.

メインは白身魚にしました。野菜は美味しかったですが、魚はもうちょい味が濃いのが好みでした。
ご時世もあり、店員さんが焼きたてパンを都度運んでくれるのですが、お客さんが多いと大変そう…
ごちそうさまでした！
