★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人気のハンバーグ店 とくら。桂にあるいつも行例ができている人気店です。平日の開店時間前に訪問しましたが、4組の先客が。幸い初回の案内でお店に入れ、私はハンバーグとエビフライランチ、妻はオリジナルハンバーグランチ、母は日替わりランチを注文してました。
私の頼んだハンバーグとエビフライはハンバーグが150gの海老フライが2尾です。
ハンバーグは肉じるたっぷりで柔らかく美味しいですね。注文してから、ハンバーグをこねる為か少し時間はかかりますが、納得の味です
 Popular hamburger shop Tokura. It is a popular shop in Katsura where you can always practice. I visited before the opening time on weekdays, but there were 4 groups of customers. Fortunately, I entered the restaurant for the first time, and I ordered a hamburger and fried shrimp lunch, my wife had an original hamburger steak, and my mother had a daily lunch.
The hamburger and fried shrimp I ordered are two fried shrimp with a hamburger of 150g.
The hamburger is full of meat, soft and delicious. It may take some time to knead the hamburger steak after ordering, but it tastes good.

幹線道路沿いで店舗横には駐車スペースもあり利用は便利。
人気店の為、週末などは、かなりの混雑の様です。
今回は、オリジナルハンバーグランチを頂きましたが、平日の為か、他の方のオーダー率は、日替りランチが多いみたいでした。
ハンバーグ自体は、ふっくらとした食感でソースはマスタードの効いた濃いめのソースでしたが、美味しく完食させて頂きました。
今回、300gをオーダーしましたが、若干、焼きが甘く、真ん中の焼き加減は、少々、残念な事になってました。
支払いは、ペイペイの利用は可能でした。再訪はありです。

I ordered 300g this time, but the grilling was a little sweet, and the degree of grilling in the middle was a little disappointing.

The sauce is a little sour. Some people like this, others don't.
The gravy is amazing.
Be careful as it overflows.
Should go to Katsura main shop rather than Shinhorikawa shop.
Because the skill of the cook is different.
My recommendation is the Katsura main shop.
