り	りんこ____ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 案内用紙に名前を書いて待っていたがなかなか呼ばれず(1時間程) 中を覗くと空いた席がありました。一人の店員が気が付き案内をしてくれたのですが店内ガラ空き随分待ってたのですが　と言ったらあ、すみません以上。メニューを注文して料理が届き食べていく中で生ビールのおかわりとサラダのおかわりを店員に伝えるとサラダのお皿だけを取ってすぐサラダのおかわりを持ってきましたその後にビールジョッキを持って帰ったのでビール来るのかなって思っていたら10分程経っても来ないので催促してみましたすると、メニューを持ってビールの種類の説明をしだしたのでさっき生ビールのおかわりをお願いしたんですけどっと伝えるとすみませんと言って帰って行く店員そこからまたなかなかビールは来ず、お肉は冷めてしまった頃にビールが届いたのですが謝罪も何もなく　どうぞ　のみ。食事を済ませてレジに向かう間に3人程と店員にすれ違うがありがとうございましたの声も一切なくレジをした人も会計後何も言われませんでした。接客、案内　店員の指導が全く整っておらず気分は最悪でした。 6700円も払ったのにこんな気分になってもう絶対行きません。テーブルも殺風景でお箸で食べるお店であってもナイフとフォークで食べたい人もいると思うので使いたい人用に最初に案内をいれるべきだと思います。とりあえず指導、態度が全くなっていません。 I wrote my name on the information sheet and waited, but it was hard to be called (about 1 hour) When I looked inside, there was a vacant seat. 3	32むし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員さんの対応はとても良いです。店内もキレイにされていて、お客さんが帰った後の消毒等も椅子まで拭き、徹底されていて、このご時世なので安心出来ます(>ω<) 私はハンバーグとステーキのセットを頼みました。鉄板がめちゃくちゃ熱くて、結構長いこと熱いので、熱いのを保って欲しい方は嬉しいと思います。猫舌の方はかなり大変だと思います?? あと、油の飛び跳ねも紙エプロン用意してくれてるので良いですが、かなり長いこと飛びます。あと、セットのサラダにキャベツの4分の1の塊そのまま入ってたんで、ほぐしてあると嬉しかったなと思いました。子ども用の器を用意して頂いたのですが、プラスチックなので、いっぱい溶けてました?? その他は対応が行き届いてるので、そーゆー見た目の器でも平気で出すのかと意外でした。キッズプレートのおもちゃは百均で売ってるようなすぐ壊れるちゃっちい物ではなく、長く使えそうなしっかりしたものだったのに５９０円でここはサービスがいいなと思います。 The clerk's response is very good.
