R	Ryosuke N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 体験会とトライアルで45分間体験しました。だいたいメニューの流れは次の通り。音楽に合わせて楽しくやります。めっちゃしんどいけど。最初の10分間のウォーミングアップ。これはボクシング関係のないスクワットやら、ジャンプやら、自重トレーニングです。ここが一番きつかったです。そのあと、シャドーイング。合間にジャンプとか有酸素運動も挟んできます。そして、そのあと、グローブをつけて、ボクササイズです。ちなみにサンドバックとボックス？とかいう名前のものを選べます。ボックスナンタラの方が初心者には優しいです。たぶん、フォームが安定します。ここでも有酸素と無酸素を交互に行います。やっぱり楽しいですね。最後に一曲分ぐはいのフリータイムがあって終了です。 I experienced it for 45 minutes at the experience meeting and trial.
