こういうものに私は疎かったのですが、婚約指輪はサプライズも考えており、一人で選びにいきました。
その際、接して頂いた店員さんの親身な接客がとても良く、このお店のものなら彼女も喜んでくれるだろうと自信を持って購入することができました。
また、サプライズで指輪のサイズを間違えてしまい、サイズ直しにきましたが、無料で対応して頂き、アフターサービスも満足しております。
その後、指輪直しと一緒に結婚指輪も彼女と一緒に見せて頂き、その時の店員さんの接客良さと他のお店と比べた時の品質、アフターフォロー、価格帯を含めた総合力でとても良いと思い、結婚指輪も購入させて頂きました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めての結婚指輪を選びに行かせてもらいました。スタッフの方は一人一人に合わせてすごく丁寧に対応くれました。おかげで、二人ともが納得して気に入った指輪を購入することができました。
この店舗以外にも回ったのですけど、どこを回るのかも聞かれて、そこのお店の気になった指輪の写真を見せたら、それに似たものを出してくれ、比較しやすいようにしてくれました。
今回担当してくれたかたがとても熱心に親身にこちらのことを考えていろんな候補を出してくれたのは良かったです。(今回の決め手としては気に入った指輪を選ぶことができたっていうのと、対応してくれた方が凄く親身に対応してくれたからです。)
店舗としてはチェーン店ではありますが、アフターサービスも素晴らしいですし、補償も充実してます。
受け取りに行った時には別の方が対応してくださりましたが、やはり素晴らしかったです。
