私自身、初めてのジムのトレーニングで不安でしたがトレーナーの皆さん、スタッフの皆さんが丁寧に教えてくれたので楽しくトレーニングできました。
ジムを利用されている方も良い人ばかりでトレーニングがしやすいです

I was worried about my first gym training, but the trainers and staff taught me carefully, so I enjoyed training.
