★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明治42年創業｡美観地区で唯一の酒蔵｡甘口のお酒が多い岡山では､珍しい辛口で人気の蔵元｡［萬年雪 超辛口 激辛/500㍉㍑￥801］手造りの麹で醸したお酒｡これは､七段醸法という非常に特殊な醸法で造るので､これが1番辛い｡香りと喉にかかる感じが､山廃にちょっと近いような酒飲みにはたまらない味｡［萬年雪 未搾り酒 荒走り500㍉㍑￥1.358］も美味しかったです｡
Founded in 1897. The only sake brewery in the Bikan Historical Quarter. In Okayama, where there are many sweet liquors, it is a rare and popular brewery. This is the most spicy because it is made by a very special brewing method called the seven-stage brewing method. Rough running 500㍉㍑ ￥ 1.358] was also delicious.
