一白水成は7種類？（時期により変わる）ほど有るみたいです、それぞれ個性があり誰でも気に入ったお酒が見つかると思いますが、一白水成は蔵元では買うことが出来ません。

There are 7 types of Isshiro Mizunari? It seems that there are more (depending on the season), each has its own uniqueness, and I think that everyone can find their favorite liquor, but Ichiraku Mizunari can not be purchased at the brewery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 冬の酒蔵開放に何度かお邪魔しました。
蔵人さんが、歴史ある蔵のことから仕込みのこと、お酒のことなど丁寧に教えてくださるのも面白いですし、粕汁の振る舞いもおいしかった。
蔵での試飲もあり、帰りには製品も試飲ありで購入できます。
寂しいのは超有名になった一白水成が買えないということ。。。
こだわりの販路は理解できますが、せめて蔵でかえたらなぁ、と思う一白ファンです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 出張先の秋田で会議後の飲み会の席上、五城目町出身の同僚の一押しである福禄寿酒造"一白水成"を試してみた。あまりの旨さに驚き、帰宅してから早速ネットで検索して取り寄せてみた。秋田の酒は凄いな。
At a drinking party after the meeting in Akita where I was on a business trip, I tried Fukurokuju Sake Brewery "Ishiro Mizunari", one of my colleagues from Gojome-machi. I was surprised at how delicious it was, and after I got home, I searched online and ordered it. Akita sake is amazing.
