い	いしかみ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2年以上「8GB（本体容量）+1GB（microSD）」で利用できていた高齢者に平然と256GB（2万円強）のmicroSDを購入させたので低評価です。来店理由は機種変更。 ※高齢者等、android利用者でスマホ関係の製品情報に明るくない方が単独でこのショップに来店される予定がある場合は気を付けてください（さすがにこんな間抜けな私と同じ轍を踏んでほしくないので…）子である私も隣にいましたが、親の買い物だし、と疲労と眠気で話を半分以上聞いていなかったのが悪いので今回の購入は勉強代だと思って私が負担します。母には本当に申し訳ないことをしました。今までの利用状況から不要なオプションプラン解除は勧めてくれても、おそらくショップ店員の成績になるオプション品は買わせられるなら高額商品を買わせようとしたんですね。当たり前のように最初のプランから124GBと256GBのカードがオプションに入っていて、一つ除外したと思ったら124GBだったみたいなのですが、まさかそのままSDカードに関する詳しい説明もなく購入品に組み込まれるとは思わなかった。あとで母に確認したら店頭でスマホにカードを入れている時256GBですよーと言っていたらしい。容量に関してはよくわかっていなかったとのことでした。調べたら何年か前から他地域auショップでも同様の事例が確認されていると知ったので、ショップ店員を信用しすぎたこちらの落ち度。 It is a low rating because I let the elderly who had been able to use "8GB (main unit capacity) + 1GB (microSD)" for more than 2 years purchase a microSD of 256GB (a little over 20,000 yen).
