apple 公式情報で該当するものだと確信をもっていたので、それを伝えても馬鹿にするような言い方で断られた。
次の週に川崎のApple storeに持っていって診断したらあっさりリコール対象と診断され新品への交換となった。
正規パートナーとしての資格がないと思う。信用できない。

説明もマニュアル的ではなく、時に冗談も挟んでくれるような爽やかなもので、修理内容も時間も申し分ありませんでした。
私はIT系企業を経営をしておりますが、社員をこれまで訓練するのは簡単ではありません。
酷評を見ると、知識・認識不足の腹いせのような投稿が見受けられ、公平な評価とは言い難いと思います。
Apple Storeが存在しない静岡で、良質なサービスを提供するために尽力しておられると思います。
是非今後お越しになる方は、私の投稿を参考にして頂ければと思います。

In Shizuoka, where there is no Apple Store, I think you are working hard to provide high-quality service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 液晶画面の故障でネット予約も出来ず、電話で予約をお願いし、症状を伝えたら日曜日にも関わらず即日対応して貰えました。
接客対応も何も問題なかったですし、丁寧な説明もして貰えました。
通常のケースなら、評価を下げるような所は見当たりませんでした。

カメラの中に異物が映り込むようになり、
AppleCareで無償修理。
最近Appleの対応が酷くなってきているので、今回はカメラのキタムラが提携しているこちらのApple公式修理店へ。
ネットで来店予約をし、
家を出る前に聞きたいことがあったので何度も電話したが、一切でない。
そもそもGoogleマップに記載されているのはカメラのキタムラの電話番号で、修理担当は別番号だと言う。
結局、来店して、修理をお願いしたが、
iPhoneの中を確認するために、液晶を外したところ、ブラックのラインが入るようになったとのこと。
元々そうでしたか？と言われ、
まるで自分のミスを認める様子はなかった。
勝手に人のモノを壊さないで頂きたい。
店内のソファも汚く、
アルコール消毒もなく、
液晶の保護シールは剥がされ、
有償でつけれるけど、
保護シール貼ってもらうのに
3、4000円取ってた。
すごい強気(笑)
ちなみに、トータルで1時間ほど店内で待っていたが、その際電話がずーっと鳴っている
しかし、担当の方は全く電話に出る様子もなく、常にパソコンを操作している
気になって、
「ココって電話対応はしてくれないんですか？来る前に何度もしたんですけど。」
と聞いたところ、
忙しい場合は出られないこともある。
とのこと。
ただ様子を見る限り電話を出れそうなタイミングはいくらでもあった。
めんどくさくて電話を放置している感じ。
全体的に雰囲気の悪い場所でした。
