オ	オマツさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スマホをオンラインでauからUQへMNPした後にwimaxのsim契約の為にお店に伺いました。スマホの機能的な事でなくオートチャージ等のUQの事を訪ねてもオンラインと説明方法が違うのでお答えできません！何を聞いてもお答えできません❗の一点張り。何でもクレームになるご時世ですから警戒、予防するのは分かりますが、UQショップでUQのsim契約をし関連するUQの事を訪ねてるだけなのに…Y!mobileの事、持ち込んだ機種の事を訪ねてる訳ではないのに…久々に最低な接客でした。 After MNPing my smartphone from au to UQ online, I visited the store for a wimax sim contract. I'm visiting Y! Mobile and the model I brought in. It's not a translation ... It was the worst customer service after a long time.
山	山崎凛仁 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パルコでイベントをやっていたところ、話しを聞きYモバから変更して契約する事にしました。イベントで話しを聞いた人だけが受けれる割引などもあり予想外のお得な契約が出来ました。嫁がauだったのですが、こちらのUQでもauの契約ができると伺い嫁はauの機種変更を行いました。ネチネチした営業も無く、auショップより早いと感じました。ここのUQは家から近い為、また利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました。 When I was doing an event at Parco, I heard about it and decided to change from Y Moba and sign a contract. We were able to make an unexpectedly profitable contract with discounts that only those who spoke at the event can receive. My wife was au, but when I heard that I could make an au contract with this UQ, my wife changed the model of au. I felt that it was faster than the au shop because there was no business that was sneaky. UQ here is close to my house, so I will use it again. Thank you very much.

稲	稲田憲治 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 格安であり、他店では対応も良かったからauからＵＱに切り替える気持ちでいた。呉服町店において手続き中、店の奥で店員は雑談中。忙しい様子も伺えない。此方は操作に困っているのに、ほぼ客を‼️放ったらかし。auより対応が悪い。他店において問題解決したので、もう二度と行きたくない！店舗であった。 It was cheap and the support was good at other stores, so I felt like switching from au to UQ. The clerk is chatting in the back of the store during the procedure at the Kuremonocho store. I can't even tell you how busy you are. This one is having trouble operating, but almost all the customers! ️I wonder if I let it go. Correspondence is worse than au. I solved the problem at another store, so I don't want to go there again! It was a store.

The worst service is that you can't cancel the contract and the contract is automatically renewed. If anyone wants to use it, you should stop.
