n	nodame mode on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応は罪悪です。 Sim サイズの変更の件で電話したら対応してきた若い男性が言うには『出来るかわからない』との事。あまりに横柄な言い方にカチンときてしまった。接客が悪すぎる全員とは言わないがこんなやつを放置してる店側に問題ありかと思う。若い男性の応対になってしまったら最悪かもな The clerk's response is guilty. a	a hiro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この星は定員さんの対応につけた星です。それ以外はとても悪かったとしか言いようがありません。特にお客の柄や、楽天モバイルが実施しているサービスがとても良いとは言えません。ただでさえまだ出来立てのキャリアで店舗数が少ないというのに、店舗で契約すれば割引というサービスを楽天モバイルは行っています。そのおかげで予約が埋まり元々余裕がなさそうでした。それに加えまともに調べないできた客が予約した客を待たせていました。楽天モバイルのやり方にもとても無理がりますし、丁寧に対応してもらっているのにケチをつけている客もとても無理がりがあると思います。幸い私はトラブルもほとんどなく契約をしていただくこともでき、スタッフの方にも親身になって対応して頂きました。どうかこういった迷惑行為や、よく分からないサービスはやめていただきたいです。
