外国人だからタメ口使っても気づかないと勝手に思う愛想悪い店員さんと話すのはもう絶対に無理。前に数回お店に寄って丁寧語で話してくれた店員さんはいましたけどお客様というものはどんな関係なのか知らないのとお客様の扱い方とか分からない尻が青い店員ってヤツのほうが多いですのでこの店舗もう行きません。
It's absolutely impossible to talk to an unfriendly clerk who thinks he's a foreigner and doesn't notice even if he uses his mouth. There was a clerk who visited the store several times before and spoke politely, but the clerk with a blue butt who does not know what the customer is and how to handle the customer is better I don't go to this store anymore because there are so many.

3Gプランから4Gプランに変更の為に訪店。 iPhone SE 1世代を使用していたが、女性店員 OZAさんから、使用できないので機種変しなければならないと言われ新SEを仮契約。 明日、来店してくれと言われ帰宅。 auホームページで調べたらSE 1世代は使用できる事が判明。 2日目の訪店、女性店員OZAさんは休みのため、女性店員HORさんに対応してもらう。 SEが使用できる事を伝えると、使用出来るかもしれないとの回答。 SIMロックの解除をAppleのサポートに電話して解除してもらってくれと言われて帰宅。 電話したところ、SIMロック解除はキャリアの仕事ですと回答され、すぐに3度目の訪店。 男性店員が対応、ロック解除してもらいプラン変更ができた。 ここの店員が無知なのか、ノルマが有り新機種を買わせたいのかは知らないが、 一言の詫びも無し。 最悪の2日間だった。 初日の帰りに家電屋で購入した新SEケースとイヤホン端子変換ケーブルが無駄になった。
Visited the store to change from the 3G plan to the 4G plan. I was using the iPhone SE 1st generation, but a female clerk OZA told me that I had to change the model because I couldn't use it, so I made a temporary contract for the new SE. I was asked to come to the store tomorrow and went home. I checked on the au homepage and found that the SE 1 generation can be used. On the second day of the visit, the female clerk OZA is on holiday, so we ask the female clerk HOR to take care of it. If you tell them that SE can be used, they may be able to use it. I went home after being asked to call Apple support to unlock the SIM lock. When I called, it was answered that unlocking the SIM was a career job, and I immediately visited the store for the third time. A male clerk responded and I was able to change the plan by having it unlocked. I don't know if the clerk here is ignorant or if there is a quota and I want to buy a new model, No apology for a word. It was the worst two days. The new SE case and earphone terminal conversion cable purchased at the home appliance store on the way back from the first day were wasted.

I didn't like the service at all. The behavior that i got was weird that i am foreigner . At the same time other japneese were getting more attention.

便利でサービスがが段々優れている Practical location in center of town. Large enough to look after many customers at same time. A bit shy at first but trying hard to please. Visited the place twice for trouble shooting. Professional and very satisfactory service.

The services are really good! If you are a foreigner, why you should use au, not Docomo? Because I think au give a better service and the signal is much better.
