ち	ちゅんちゅん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ プラン変更や各種手続きを行いましたが駐車券サービスはしてもらえませんでした。お店でお金の支払のある利用しか駐車券サービスはしてもらえないようです。手続きしたら手続き1件毎に手数料がauから入ってますよね？ 5件くらいまとめてやったのにダメでした。車で行こうと思う方は他の店舗の利用がいいと思います。同じコクーン内にあるドコモショップでは解約手続きを行いましたが、駐車券サービスは通常に行って頂けました。別にドコモの回し者ではありません。下記の他の方のコメントにもある通り店員の態度も良くないです。コクーンのような大きな商業施設にあるauショップがこれではau全体のイメージが下がってしまいそうで心配になる程です。 We did plan change and various procedures I did not get a parking ticket service. 冨	冨澤遥 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、スマホの急な故障で行ったけど、対応したカタコトの男性店員が最悪。こちらの話より自分の意見ばかり。話が通じない。修理に出すにしても代替機がないというし、機種変更でも良いと言ったらもう20時で時間ギリギリだから無理と言われた。しかもカタコト店員は「僕の勤務は8時(20時)までです」って爆弾発言。困っているユーザーに対する姿勢ではないです。清潔感のないもう1人の店員にいたっては「ヨドバシカメラなら22時までやっているから機種変更はそちらで」ってauショップの意味なし発言。藁にすがる気持ちでヨドバシカメラに行ったら、ショップでは時間的に無理と言われた機種変更を無事にしてもらえました。新都心のauショップに相談に行く位なら他のauショップか同じコクーンシティ内にあるヨドバシカメラに行った方が対応がスムーズで優秀ですよ。量販店が出来る事をauが出来ないって意味不明。 The other day, I went due to a sudden breakdown of my smartphone, but the male clerk of the corresponding catakoto was the worst.
