点検に来たら待合室の椅子が少なくくて、変な高い椅子に座らされて、こんな座り心地の悪い椅子に小一時間耐えられないよ❗️
しかも、サービスのスタッフに、昔、舌打ちされたの思い出したよ最悪でしょ。
顧客を馬鹿にしてると思う。
今度は、違うトヨタで車は、購入します。
良い顔するのは、売るまでだから気を付けてね。
 Correspondence of female staff of service is terrible.
When you come to check, there are few chairs in the waiting room, you will be seated in a strange high chair, and you will not be able to endure such an uncomfortable chair for an hour ❗️
Moreover, it was the worst thing I remembered from the service staff.
I think the customers are stupid.
This time, I will buy a car at a different Toyota.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 工場にいらした、鈴?さん、人当たりがよく、丁寧に説明してくれて子供に優しく、皆さんそうなのかもしれませんが、今は、コロナで、対応が難しい時なのに、有りがたかったてす。前は、エスクァイアを新古車で購入しましてが。今回N-BOXを中古車で購入しました、なんと素晴らしい対応でしょう。車検をとり、整備をとことんしてあり、車内まで掃除が行き届いていて綺麗で、まるで新車のようで、記念に写真をとって下さり！感謝感激です。また、今度購入したいですね！

初代 アルファードハイブリッド10系を新車で買いました。
平成18年(2006年)7月13日初年度登録
その車も今では13年目(2019年)になります。
その時の営業担当者は、重田さん。
13年目になりますが、大きい故障は1度もありません。
なので、まだまだ乗り続けたいと思います。
まだ、乗ってます。
(2021年)16年目
(2022年1月)タイミングベルト交換しました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検証が郵送されてきましたが、直で入れられていたせいで、破れてしまいました。大事な書類ですし、水濡れ破損防止の為、マナーとしてクリアファイルに入れるべきだと思います。
The car verification was mailed to me, but it was torn because it was put in directly. It is an important document, and I think it should be put in a clear file as a manner to prevent water damage.
