★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一時休止から復帰させた携帯が、電話は使えるもののSMSが使えない、という状態だったため伺いました。北山田店ではその場でたいして調べることもなく端末の故障と言われましたが、おかしいと思い他店舗で調べてもらったところ、SIMカードを交換してもらうことにより無事解決しました。
そもそも、同じ電話回線を使う電話機能とSMSのうち、SMSだけが端末のせいで使えなくなることなどあるのでしょうか？ 自社製品に対する基本的な知識不足も明らかなうえ、接客態度も悪く、稀に見る対応の悪さでした。

At the Kitayamada store, I was told that there was a malfunction of the terminal without much checking on the spot, but when I thought it was strange and I had it checked at another store, I solved it by having the SIM card replaced.
In the first place, of the phone functions and SMS that use the same phone line, is it possible that only SMS cannot be used because of the terminal? The lack of basic knowledge about the company's products was obvious, and the customer service attitude was also poor, which was a rare response.
