貞	貞廣直樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客の基本的な事がまったく出来てない。お客さんがいないのも納得。待ち時間が無いのは良かった。二度と行かないと思う。 I can not do basic things of customer service at all. I am convinced that there are no customers. It was good that there was no waiting time. I think I will never go there again.
和	和也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員の対応は最低でした。若いのに対応させて、上の人っぽいやつは全然対応にこない、何回も若い子が話を聞いては伝えての繰り返し。ドコモよりはましかも知れんけど今までのauショップの中では全国一最低だとおもいました。 The clerk's response was the worst. The younger ones don't respond at all to the younger ones, and the younger ones listen to and tell the story over and over again. It's better than DoCoMo, but I thought it was the worst au shop in Japan so far.

大	大西仁美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初めて来店しました利用料金の、支払いに来たのですが他の店舗では、カウンターで支払いするのですが店員の人から、そちらの機械で出来ますと言われ、使ってみました画面をタッチして、順番に進めていくと簡単に、支払い出来ましたカウンターでは、身分証明とか入りますが機械では、電話番号・暗証番号・生年月日入力すると、画面が進んでいくので誰とも話さず、簡単に出来たので良かったです他の店舗でも、導入して欲しいです I visited the store for the first time I came to pay the usage fee At other stores, I pay at the counter A clerk told me that I could do it with that machine, so I tried using it. If you touch the screen and proceed in order I was able to pay easily At the counter, you can enter your ID On the machine, when you enter the phone number, PIN, and date of birth, the screen will advance. I'm glad I could do it easily without talking to anyone I want you to introduce it at other stores as well.
