★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 典型的な大企業病に感染している会社である。この事務所は親会社であるクボタからの出向社員が幅を効かせている。それらの出向社員が大多数の地域採用社員を差別しており、プロパーと呼び軽蔑している。彼らも地方の中四国クボタのような販売会社に出向（左遷）されてそのようにしか威厳を保つことができないのであろう。ある意味彼らも大企業病の被害者かもしれない。
このような社風であることから出世する人間も能力などではなく忖度や派閥で決まる。
給与体系や福利厚生も大きく違っており、例えば健康診断で使用される検診車は我々は簡素な検診車だが彼らは豪華な検診車であり区別されている。給与にいたってはいわずもがなである。
このように中四国クボタのような販売会社はクボタグループでも末端であることから差別されようが、虐げられようが親会社からの出向社員の立場ははるかに上なので致し方ない。
幹部社員は現場ではなく親会社にしか視野に入っていないので仕事にも革新性は生まれるはずがない。
モラハラ、パワハラ等の体験、そして旧的な日本社会を体験したい方にはもっともおすすめな企業である。
