も	ももママ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょっと若い頃は携帯について理解出来ましたが、年齢重ねる事に難しい操作が苦手に、ドコモショップも以前は操作、登録色々していただきましたが、今は契約、購入以外は電話での登録分からないことの質問、対応は親切に分かりやすくても中々理解力ないと着いていけません、今回は充電器購入、後はちょっと分からない事があったのでネット予約、これも操作中何度も画面が代わり予約に時間かかりました、購入以外にd払いの登録の仕方が分からないのでその場で教えてくださりました、やはり電話より人と人で聞いた方が分かりやすいし、安心も出来ます、何時もこの様な対応をしてもらえたら助かりますが、自分で覚えなくては進歩しないかなぁとちょっと考えてしまいました。 When I was a little young, I could understand mobile phones, but I was not good at difficult operations as I got older, so I had to operate and register various things at the docomo Shop before, but now I can register by phone except for contracts and purchases.
