竹	竹村展慧 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 別のドコモで、購入したらくらくホンを買い物の帰りに、寄り見てもらいました。ラインの立ち上がりが、遅くなった為です。受付の対応した男性の方でしたが、丁寧で待ち時間の説明等とても適切でした。息子に聞いても、機種が違うから解らないと、言われて２週間以上経っていた。売り上げに繋がらないのに、本当に短時間で解決しました。購入したドコモで、面倒臭い表情で嫌々してもらった事が、有った為本当に嬉しくて感謝しています。ここお勧めです❗ When I bought it at another DoCoMo, I asked him to take a closer look at the phone on his way home from shopping. 非	非株式会社逃亡社 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドコモショップには良い印象がなかったのですが、ここは最高。店内も広めで余裕があり、混んでいて順番待ちにイライラ・・・といった感じになりにくい。私が行った時だけの印象ですが、店員さんも他のドコモショップと違って、フレンドリーな柔らかい対応で良かったです。店内にも無料充電器に飲料自販機と、百円で飲める紙コップのコーヒーやココアのサーバーがあります。このお店のおかげで、ドコモショップ全体への印象が良い方に変わりました。やはり結局は、それぞれのお店次第ということですね。以前の他のドコモショップの印象で、ドコモショップはどこも同じ(悪い意味で)と、思い込んでいました。反省。よく「昔の親方日の丸、殿様経営のまま」等と言われ、私もそう思っていましたが、他のドコモショップも、ここのようになれば、きっと支持者も増えるはず。オマケ追記:このお店の入口がある、このビルの一階通路に、「とある魔術の禁書目録」と「とある科学の超電磁砲」にコラボした飲料自販機があります。追記:充電ができるので時々、寄らせてもらうのですが、最近やる気がなさそうだったり、お客にため口で話す店員がいます。私自身は嫌な思いはしていないので、不満はないのですが、他のお客や客がいない時の態度が良くない店員さんが一部いるので、評価の星を一つ減点します。 I didn't have a good impression of the docomo shop, but this is the best.
