H	Hタツキ（Honda Tatsuki） on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人生で食べた中でトップレベルの蕎麦でした。個人的に田舎蕎麦が好きで、硬く太いのが、好みだったこともあり、更にそう感じたのかと思います。店の外観は、民家のようで、店内は山形の蕎麦屋独特の和室にテーブルというシンプルなつくりでとても落ち着きます。運ばれてきた蕎麦茶がこれまた美味しく、蕎麦が運ばれてくるまでに3杯も頂いてしまいました。コストもそこまで高いという印象は受けなかったです。私は今回、ノーマルな田舎蕎麦を食べましたが、天ぷら付きも唆られましたね。天ぷらを付けるとランチとしては高めになるかなぁといったところです。蕎麦が運ばれ、いつものように、刻み山葵と蕎麦一本をそのまま口へ。コシが強いです。あとは、めんつゆと頂きました。美味しすぎてあっという間に完食です。漬物も美味でした。大盛でも良かったかなぁといった量でしたが、満足です。ここは、家族も連れてまた行きたいですね It was the top level soba in my life.
